Why does the pedometer not count steps when I have already started walking?
To reduce errors, smart watch usually sets an initial value of 10, it will count steps when we walk more than 10 steps. The APP will show the real walking steps and start counting from step 10.
What functions can be used when Bluetooth is off?
Usually pedometer, sleep monitor, alarm and heart rate monitor still can be used without connecting to Bluetooth. Calling reminder, remote camera, find phone need Bluetooth connection.
Why I'm not able to connect with Bluetooth?
If the phone’s Bluetooth version is lower than the watch’s, they will not be able to pair. If the phone’s Bluetooth version meet the requirements but is unable to pair, you can clear the Bluetooth connection history on the phone, scan and connect again.
What application is used when connecting to a smart phone?
The APP is designed by the supplier. You can scan the QR code on the package or manual to download it when you get the item.
Why APP can't be downloaded or installed?
Check the APP’s compatibility and the cell phone’s OS version at first. When you install the application, please try to close the “unknown sources” in “security and privacy” in the settings and set it as a trusted app.
Why APP can't sync data?
Please restart the APP and then reconnect the devices. Or restart your phone and connect it again.
